CPS is hiring Paraprofessionals and Special Needs Paraprofessionals. 

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements to be come a Paraprofessional and obtain their ODE Educational Aide Permit with an ESEA endorsement:

1. Have an Associates degree
2. Have 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours
3. Passing score on the Paraprofessional Exam

Starting salary for a Paraprofessionals is $16.68. Starting salary for a Special Needs Paraprofessionals is $17.68. A Paraprofessionals' work day is 7 hours a day.
